For nearly 30 years, Dr. Abdul-Malik Muhammad has been a beacon of transformational leadership, focusing on underserved communities and the holistic development of youth and adults alike.
With an extensive background in education and mental healthcare, he has honed his expertise in roles such as principal, career college president, and Corporate Director of Education.
His leadership footprint spans across 11 states, overseeing a staff of 2,400, and extending to four continents where he’s spoken on community building and leadership.
He holds a BA in International Affairs from Franklin & Marshall College, an MA in Educational Leadership from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware. Living in Delaware with his family, Dr. Muhammad is not just teaching Restorative Leadership; he embodies it every day, striving to transform both individuals and communities.
