Focus on your personal growth

Find your balance

Surrounded by the peace of nature

Three days to reconnect with what matters most, including your relationships, your purpose, and yourself.

Step away from the noise and into the mountains of Ellicottville this fall. Join us for three intentional days designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and elevate how you live your everyday life. Surrounded by crisp air, changing leaves, and open space, you will have room to reflect on what is working, what is not, and what truly deserves your attention moving forward.

Guided by expert coaches trained in Gottman Method relationship principles and proven goal setting frameworks, you will explore what it means to live with greater intention in both your relationships and your personal direction. Through meaningful conversations, structured reflection, and time in nature, you will leave with greater clarity on who you are, what matters most, and how to make choices that better reflect the life you want to live.

Authentic Connection

At Live Aligned. Live Elevated., you will create space to reconnect with what matters most. Through reflection, meaningful conversation, and time in the mountains, you will gain greater clarity around how you want to live, strengthen more honest and intentional relationships, and make choices that feel more aligned with your values, priorities, and vision for what comes next.

An Intentional Setting

Set in the mountains of Ellicottville at the peak of fall, this retreat offers a natural shift in pace and perspective. Surrounded by trees in full color, quiet trails, and crisp mountain air, the environment invites you to slow down, think differently, and reconnect with what has been pushed aside in the chaos of everyday life. Here, clarity does not feel forced. It happens naturally.

Impactful Learning

You'll be guided by coaches trained in the Gottman Method for relationships and proven goal-setting frameworks. You'll actively engage with the material through activities, group discussions, and personal reflection, ensuring that what you learn becomes part of how you live. Every tool is practical, actionable, and designed to create change.

What The weekend will look like...

Create Space
You will arrive in the late afternoon and settle into the lodge, giving yourself time to transition out of your routine and into a slower pace. The evening includes a welcome gathering and shared dinner designed to create connection and ease. Through conversation and reflection, you will begin to slow down and create space to think more clearly about your life, your priorities, and what matters most.
Reconnect and Realign
Saturday is the core of the retreat experience. The morning focuses on self-awareness and understanding your current patterns, followed by sessions to explore communication and relationship dynamics. The afternoon will move into guided reflection and goal-setting work, using proven frameworks to help you clarify what you want to shift in your life. Throughout the day, there is intentional space for nature walks, journaling, and integration.
Move Forward with Intention
The final morning is focused on bringing everything together. You will reflect on your key insights, clarify what matters most moving forward, and translate your experience into clear, realistic next steps for your relationships and your life. The retreat closes with a guided circle that supports integration, clarity, and intention as you return home.

“We arrived with a really strong relationship. A week later, we left even stronger, more aligned and more connected.”

“I was pushed well outside my comfort zone mentally, physically and emotionally…having a blast the entire time. I was able to meet amazing entrepreneurial couples from all over the world…I had a pretty strong relationship with my spouse coming into the retreat, we learned a lot about one another and went home even stronger.”

“Why do we have the same argument over and over again?”

“I don’t know. I do sometimes feel like you don’t understand what I’m trying to say.

“It’s like we’re speaking two different languages. We’re talking…but not really hearing each other.”

I’d like to learn how to communicate in a better way and break that pattern.

“What a long day. I’m exhausted and still have work to do. Can we postpone our dinner date?”

“Sure, we can go next week. I just don’t want our relationship taking a backseat to the business.”

“Thanks for understanding. I do want to spend time together, but the business needs me right now.”

I feel like we’re in a good place. But imagine if we took a week away – just the two of us – that would be amazing.
