With a strong foundation in education, she spent over 15 years helping students and families thrive before transitioning into coaching to continue supporting personal growth in new and impactful ways.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland and a master’s degree from Empire State University. She now resides in Central New York with her husband and three wonderful children. Outside of her work, Kristin finds joy in traveling, spending time by the water, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Start with a Discovery Call
Every journey begins with a free 30-minute call. This is a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and decide if working together feels like the right fit.
Choose a Coaching Plan
If it feels aligned, Kristin will recommend a coaching package tailored to your goals, pace, and availability. Options range from single sessions to ongoing support over several months.
Begin Your Coaching Journey
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes long and take place over Zoom (or in person for local clients). You’ll meet regularly—often weekly or bi-weekly—based on the plan you choose.
Between-Session Support
Growth happens between sessions too. Kristin offers optional check-ins and email support to help you stay connected to your goals and navigate challenges as they arise.
