Rooted & Radient

All Inclusive Women's Retreat

March 6th-8th, 2026
Bernhards Bay, NY

Focus on your personal growth

Find your balance

Surrounded by the peace of nature

Three days to reconnect with what matters- your relationships, your purpose, and yourself.

Step away from the noise and into the wilderness. This March, join us at Vanderkamp for three transformative days designed to help you cultivate the life you truly want—one rooted in authentic connection and radiant with purpose.

Guided by expert coaches trained in Gottman Method relationship principles and proven goal-setting frameworks, you’ll explore what it means to be both grounded and growing. Through intentional content, meaningful activities, and quiet reflection time, you’ll leave with clarity on who you are, what you want, and how to create lasting change in your relationships and your life.

Deeper connections

At Rooted & Radiant, you'll strengthen the three connections that matter most: with yourself through reflection and time in nature, with others using research-backed tools to communicate with greater depth and authenticity, and with your life by clarifying your vision and setting goals that align with your authentic self.

impactful learning

You'll be guided by coaches trained in the Gottman Method for relationships and proven goal-setting frameworks. You'll actively engage with the material through activities, group discussions, and personal reflection, ensuring that what you learn becomes part of how you live. Every tool is practical, actionable, and designed to create change.

An Incredible location

Nestled on 850 acres of pristine wilderness along a private 50-acre lake, Vanderkamp offers the perfect backdrop for transformation. Here, the natural world becomes your partner in growth, quiet enough to hear yourself think, beautiful enough to remember what matters.

What The weekend will look like...

Discover Your Roots
Arrive in the evening and settle into your home for the weekend. We’ll gather for a welcome dinner and opening, where you’ll meet the other women on this journey and begin exploring the foundations that support you- values, relationships, and the connections that sustain you. Through conversation and gentle reflection, you’ll start to identify what truly grounds you.
Find Your Balance
Saturday is the heart of the retreat. The day includes exploration of relationships, purpose, and self-awareness. You’ll engage in hands-on activities, participate in group discussions, and have dedicated time  for personal reflection. The day honors both connection and solitude, learning and processing. Evening brings the group back together for sharing insights and fireside conversation.
Ignite Your Radiance
Sunday morning focuses on taking what you’ve discovered and turning it into action. Through guided reflection, you’ll gain clarity on your next steps and the courage to take them. Our closing will honor how far you’ve come and the commitments you’re carrying forward. You’ll leave feeling clear, capable, and ready for what’s next.

“We arrived with a really strong relationship. A week later, we left even stronger, more aligned and more connected.”

“I was pushed well outside my comfort zone mentally, physically and emotionally…having a blast the entire time. I was able to meet amazing entrepreneurial couples from all over the world…I had a pretty strong relationship with my spouse coming into the retreat, we learned a lot about one another and went home even stronger.”

“Why do we have the same argument over and over again?”

“I don’t know. I do sometimes feel like you don’t understand what I’m trying to say.

“It’s like we’re speaking two different languages. We’re talking…but not really hearing each other.”

I’d like to learn how to communicate in a better way and break that pattern.

“What a long day. I’m exhausted and still have work to do. Can we postpone our dinner date?”

“Sure, we can go next week. I just don’t want our relationship taking a backseat to the business.”

“Thanks for understanding. I do want to spend time together, but the business needs me right now.”

I feel like we’re in a good place. But imagine if we took a week away – just the two of us – that would be amazing.
